Just finished Season 2 of THE KILLING on AMC and it was great! I didn't understand all the controversy and viewer push back when they didn't solve the murder mystery in Season 1. The two season arc allowed the storytellers to dig deep into all the players and motivations of who might have killed teen Rosie Larson. Mireille Enos & Joel Kinnaman are excellent as the two lead detectives in the case with imperfect lives of their own and Billy Campbell is Darren Richmond, a politician battling his inner demons and an impending campaign. Michelle Forbes (True Blood) and Brent Sexton are so real and sad as Rosie's parents, you will grieve with them and all their bad choices. Well told, suspenseful, never boring and full of characters you will love, or love to hate. The Killing slays it. A
