David Fincher never ceases to amaze. The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is one of my top three of 2011. The entire cast is perfect, Daniel Craig proves again just how good an actor he is and Rooney Mara is just plain brilliant as Lisbeth Salander. It's hard to imagine how Fincher directed her in her small part in the first three minutes of "The Social Network" and then cast her as kick-ass heroine Salander. Music score by Trent Reznor is superb and the main title sequence is like the greatest James Bond title sequence ever (as envisioned by Fincher's dark goggles). ADULT, Riveting and flat out great. The Girl gets an A.
